As an integrative psychotherapist, my practice gentle combines traditional talking therapy with more body-based, holistic and creative approaches like breath work, mindfulness, creative techniques and nervous system awareness.
Therapy does tend to work best where there is a commitment to regular, consistent sessions, but that rhythm is down to you, so we can meet for as may as few sessions as you like, at a frequency that works for you, and that might change over time. Sessions are always led by you, going at your pace and discussing what feels important to you.
Remote therapy also means that you can access therapy from wherever you feel most comfortable, and many people find it a more accessible and convenient way to fit therapy into their lives.
